Description

This case type allows changes to a customers details that is held within Jadu Connect. It will need a Jadu Connect user who has permission to make amendments to personal details to process.

This is a self-contained case type - it is a Jadu Connect form and intended for staff to capture changes rather than being linked to a publically available form.

We consider personal data to be:

  • Address
  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Telephone number - main
  • Telephone number - other

The link opens a page of code, this will need to be saved as Json and imported. When importing the fields, choices and roles will need remapping to the fields in your system.
