The case type / Workflow to power stages 1, 2, and 3 of a corporate complaints process.

A workflow diagram shows the Jadu Connect Case Type that has been implemented for a corporate complaint process.

The spreadsheet shows all the case type Fields used, along with their corresponding Lables, Values and Data types, also details on all Statuses that have been defined to effectively manage the process and where a form is used as part of any Transitions.

The ink opens the raw data, this needs to be saved as json to import it.

It contains all statuses, transitions, forms and emails, but will need roles remapping on import.
