Jadu Connect case type and Jadu Central form to power Member, MP, MEP and Leader Enquiries.
This process is to raise enquiries and assign the case to the correct member of staff. It includes using different SLAs defined by the enquiry type.
The form is a basic form, there is no branching or logic etc, but it has conditional questions. < /br> The case type contains all statuses, transitions etc.
You can edited and amended both the form and case type to meet your needs.
