This forms page template is designed to enable you to capture basic customer details in a consistent manner.
It includes the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address (initially via postcode lookup, but with conditional section for manual input where the address is not found)
- Telephone
- Preferred contact method
Once imported it will become a page template so you can use it on multiple forms.
The template is integrated with NLPG Anywhere Postcode look up but can be replaced by your chosen service.
