Registered Childcare Providers funding free education places application process. Containing a form, case type and workflow diagram.
Providers must registration for the Early Years Entitlement process to get funding.
Once registered they receives a contract and guidance. They must read the guidance and complete the contract.
They must agree to deliver any funded places within the conditions parameters.
The form contains branching and logic to help the process.
The case type requires fields, choices, roles etc remapping on import.
The workflow diagram is a PDF format and show the form and Jadu Connect case type process.
