Environmental Information Requests. Services consists of:
- Jadu Central Form 'Environmental info regs (new form)' for initial request. This is a basic one page form, the questions are specific to Hounslow, but can be amend to suit your needs.
- Jadu Central Form for composite cases 'Raise Composites(New form)'. Contains branches, logic, templates and rule to import case to Jadu Connect.
- Jadu Connect case type 'EIR (case type)". Fields, choices and roles will need remapping on import.
- Jadu Connect case type 'EIR_Composites'. Fields, choices and roles need remapping on import.
