Parking bay restrictions can be suspended in some circumstances
This process contains three forms, a case type and workflow diagram.
The forms are:
- the initial application form
- a form to report issues during the suspension timeframe
- a form to say the suspension can be removed early
The forms have conditional questions, branching, logic and templates to update the case type.
The case type fields, choices, dates and roles will need remapping on import.
The workflow diagram is a PDF that shows the case type and update process
